Garage Tea Party

Garage Tea Party is a London-based lifestyle event brand that reinterprets the tradition of British afternoon tea through the cultural lens of UK garage. The experience merges bottomless teapot cocktails, curated savoury and sweet offerings, and high-energy garage music to create a distinctive daytime social event.

Having established themselves in the London party scene since they started in early 2024, the organisers felt Garage Tea Party needed a visual update, not only to reflect their current and future activities but to also appeal to different demographics going forward. 

Rudy de Souza collaborated with strategist Connie Hollyer to reimagine the brand’s visual identity. The redesigned visual system is intentionally minimal and confident in style. Built around a single typeface used across varied weights, the identity is expressive. A vibrant, high-contrast colour palette, paired with the new typographic logo, and the new bespoke straight-lined teapot icon which acts as a bold graphic signature, the identity elements reflect the brand’s refreshed positioning, with a refined, contemporary design language that celebrates community, movement and good times.
