Stop_City is Over

Stop_City is Over is a fun project which was completed after two short stops in New York city in early 2018. The idea was had after I knew I was going to make two stops there; I decided to make a small publication about mundane apsects of New York city which can be experienced in any other city around the world.The publication mixes photography and quotes found online to reveal those ordinary aspects of the city.

The name ‘New York City’ is replaced by a yellow blob form in the publication as it’s a city we all have been so exposed to by the globalised media that it needs no mention to be recognised. This concept of this project originally was thought of as something which would repeat itself in diferent cities with other issues, in order to form a series.
