Sürpriz Paris Rebrand
Sürpriz Paris is a local snack bar that was founded between Berlin and Paris. They offer original döner kebab based on the recipe of Kadir Nurman, enriched with fresh vegetables and homemade ingredients. Sürpriz are a local meeting point where different cultures meet and friendships are made. The kebab they love is made of chicken, not lamb!
During my time at Amsterdam Berlin, under the creative direction of Moritz Grub, I worked on the rebrand of Sürpriz. Preserving their original logo was a prerequisite. With that in mind, and plenty of visual research on German and Turkish Kebab culture, we developed a typographic visual identity which, along with a photographic direction, rendered a series a promotional pieces and a new website for the restaurant.
